- Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, card payments, and other methods listed at checkout.
- Albertina Nigeria is not liable for additional bank charges incurred during payment.
5. Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes communicated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the product.
- If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unopened condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
